Such an honor to be invited back To Freedom Area School District to share my daughter Demi’s message with the 7th and 8th grade students. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mrs. Barb Martz, Certified Prevention Specialist and Student Assistance Program Coordinator, for her efforts in advocating for our return.
Our initial visit to Freedom was back in October 2014. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to share Demi’s message and our TDV Awareness and Prevention Program with the high school students.
During our recent visit we were reunited with Cary Park, a senior student at Freedom. Back in 2014 Carly was very instrumental in raising funds for the DBCAO and played a huge role in our return to address the middle school students on Thursday. What a nice surprise!
