Teenagers may not speak up about dating violence and are often poorly equipped to deal with violence in romantic relationships. Many teens become overwhelmed by conflicting emotions and confuse controlling behavior with affection.
The Demi Brae Cuccia Awareness Organization, through our TDV Awareness and Prevention Outreach Program, wants to stop TDV before it starts. Our program is designed to engage, educate and empower youth to recognize unhealthy relationships in order to prevent violence.
We would like to thank the Belle-Vernon Area School District Administration, faculty and staff for being vigilant in their efforts to educate their student body on the real and present dangers of Teen Dating Violence. Thank you for welcoming back our program and most importantly – Demi’s Message!
